摘要
论述了将铁谱技术应用于东风型机车柴油机的工况监测，先后发现柴油机摩擦副腐蚀磨损严重、缸套和活塞内外套碎裂、滚动轴承保持架破损、润滑油稀释等故障，为机务段挽回几十万元的经济损失，确保机车的运行安全。
This pape discusses the ferrograph monitoring of condition of DongFeng Type locomotive diesel engines. By means of examination and measurement of wear particles, many failures have been found, such as serious corrosive wear,failing in cylinders and pistons, damage of roller cage of ball bearing, dilution of lubricant oil. The condition monitoring has retrieved economic loss, and assured the safe of locomotive running.
