摘要 本文对双圆弧齿轮传动中轮齿的冲击问题进行了探讨.从轮齿啮入冲击起因分析入手,建立了误差与冲击参量间的定量关系.又据弹性体碰撞时的能量转换关系,导出了啮入冲击冲击力的计算公式.本文还以啮合点啮出过程轮齿承载的物理模型为基础,从刚度变化的角度研究了轮齿啮出过程的冲击问题并提供了啮出冲击力的求解方法. In this paper, meshing impacts in gear teeth of double circular - arc gears are studied theoretically. By analyzing the cause of meshing - in impacts, the author pre-sents a rnethod for determining the mpact position and velocity while the effective pitch error is known, and derives a formula for estimating the impact force according to the principle of energy exchange in plastic body collision. Meshing - out impact of gear teeth is also discussed in the paper. On the basis of a load - carrying model of gears, quantita-tive change of mesh pomts and variation of tooth stiffness in the course of meshing - out of gear teeth are taken into account. A solution to the impact load is obtained.
