炼铁厂煤堆场排水明沟的技术改造

摘要 明沟是宝钢炼铁厂的煤堆场在汛期及雨季迅速排除地表大量积水的一项技术措施。由于在明沟两壁上部沟缘未设置搁放盖板的台阶与采用的钢筋盖板承载能力较低,在投入生产使用后,造成明沟盖板大量损坏,其损坏量高达70%以上,沟内煤渣淤塞,明沟失去了使用效果。现经技术改造,沿沟边设置了搁置盖板的台阶,避免了盖板突出地表面,同时采用了扁钢格栅盖板,增大了盖板的承载能力,提高了地表排水性能。 The open channels in the coal yard of Baosteel ironmaking plantwere constructed for quick drainage of the ground surface acumulated water during flood or rainy seasons. However, due to the defficiencies, i. e., omission of the steps supporting the cover plates along the edge of upper walls of the open channels and the adoption of low-bearing-capacity reinforced concrete cover plates, more than 70% of cover plates were damaged, and the channels silted by coal cinders since the use of the open channels. Now steps have been made to avoid the protrusion of the cover plates from ground surface, and the bearing capacity of the cover plates and the surface drainability of the open channels have been enhanced by the application of the flat steel grid plates.
