摘要
宝钢转炉钢渣,年排放量约80万t,目前已有200多万t堆积渣场,渣满为患。开展钢渣利用已成当务之急。本文列举了宝钢工程中应用钢渣收到良好的经济和环境效益,进一步阐述了只要控制钢渣中游离氧化钙,使其降低到3%以下,加速或提前分解稳定,用于工程填筑,同样能保证工程质量,对厂区环保和绿化亦无不利影响。由此可见,钢渣工程利用是钢渣利用的重要途径和发展方向。
Baosteel converters discharge an average of about 0.8 million tons of slag every year. UP to now,over two million tons have been stacked in the slag yard, filling it almost to capacity.The trouble thus created makes it an urgent task of Baosteel's to seek the ways how to utilize converter slag. The present article enumerates good economic and environmental benefits obtained by Baosteel in the application of converter slag to different projects, and furthermore makes clear the following fact: if the free calcium oxide(f--CaO)in steel slag can be made to be reduced to below 3%, rapidly becoming decomposed and stablized earlier, the slag can also be utilized for project backfill with quality guaranteed; and neither does it have any adverse effect on the environmental protection and greening within Baosteel's precincts.
