摘要
本文用抗猪囊虫尾蚴抗原的单克隆抗体(McAb)酶免疫法检测脑囊虫患者血清和脑脊液(CSF)中的循环抗原(cAg).110例血和80例CSF中cAg的阳性率分别为72.7%(80/110)和87.5%(70/80),与45例其它寄生虫病和脑部疾病患者血清和脑脊液均无交叉反应.30例健康人血清全部阴性.80例脑囊虫患者同时测定血和CSF中cAg单项或两项阳性的总阳性率为95.0%.因此认为测定cAg可作为现症患者的诊断依据.
This paper
reports the determation of circlating antigen in patients with cerebralcysticercosis by using
specific monoclonal antibody against cysticercus cellulosae antigen based onenzyme
immunomethod. The circulating antigen was detected in 110 patients’sera and 80 patients’
CSF with cysticercosis. The positive rates are 72.7% and 87.5% respectively.Circulating antigen
wasabsent in 45 sera and 30 CSF from other parasitosis and brain diseases. In 30 sera from
normalpersons, cirulating antigen was absent.In 80 cases of cysticercosus,circulating antigens
weredetected in both sera and cerebrospinal fluids, with a total positive rate of 95.0 O/W After
threecourses of treatment, the positive rate decreased to 11.1 % and 16.7% in sera and CSF.
Our resultsshowed that the determination of the circulating cysticercus antigen was very
specific for diagnosisof active infection of cysticerosis and could be used as a rational tool in
monitoring the effectivenessof chemotherapy.
