摘要
阐述了国外光电集成与光集成的发展现状，其中包括：ＯＥＩＣ光发射机、混合集成光发射机、ＯＥＩＣ光接收机、异质材料的ＯＥＩＣ、阵列和光集成等。提出了发展光电集成和光集成的几点看法。
The paper describes the development of optoelectronic and photonic integrations that include OEIC T/R,hybrid integration of phototransmitter, OEIC of the heteromatirials,array and photonic integration.Some opinions on the integrations are proposed.
