摘要
本研究应用两种方法．即邻本三酚自氧化法和ＮＢＴ法．测定了在６０℃下不同保温时间对带壳卤虫卵浸出液ＳＯＤ总活力的影响。结果表明．保温时间与酶活力相关，但与相应保温时间的卤虫卵孵化率则不相关。文中讨论了该结果的意义。
In this study, two methods, the pyrogallol autoxide method and the NBT method, were used to assay SOD total activity in the suspension of Artemia cysts with shell under 60℃ within different incubation time.The result indicated that the time of incubation was correlated with the SOD total activity, while the incubation rate was not. What this result had suggested was also discussed.
