摘要
通过系统测试和分析，结果得出，两种肥力条件下的小麦植株中的丝氨酸、丙氨酸、全氨、全磷、全钾含量差异极显著，高肥植株的含量明显高于中肥植株；两者的天门冬氨酸、γ－氨基丁酸、水溶性蛋白含量差异显著，苏氨酸、谷氨酸、精氨酸、脯氨酸、胱氨酸、可溶性糖含量差异基本显著。
The contents in“ 8455”wheat plant under application of two rates of N,Pand K fertilizerswere studied.The results showed that Ser,Ala,total N,total P and total K contents under high ap-plication level of N, P and K fertilizers were significantly higher than those under medium level. Asp,Gaba,water soluble protein, Thr,Glu,Arg,Pru,cystine and soluble carbohydrate contentsunder two fertilization levels were also significantly different.
