摘要
研制了一种使用效果较好且价格低廉的铸钢水基涂料.以此涂料为基础,对涂料的几个主要工艺性能进行了深入研究,测试分析了各因素对涂料工艺性能的影响.通过对工艺性能的综合分析,提出了δ/λ与τ_0σ的线性关系式.
A new kind of water-base coating is presented in this paper, It has been developed with the view of low cost and high efficiency to steel castings. With this coating , the influences of some factors on the technological properties have been determined and investigated deeply. An overall analysis is made to the technological properties of the coating and the linear relationship between δ/λ and τ(?) is obtained.
