摘要
通过体外培养大鼠心肌细胞实验观察到，低小牛血清（５％）Ｅａｇｌｅ液内培养心肌细胞的存活期为６～１０天；在加入２００μｇ天然心房肽的低血清Ｅａｇｌｅ液中心肌细胞存活期延长到１５～２０天，差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）；而正常Ｅａｇｌｅ液（含小牛血清１５％）中心肌细胞存活期可超过２０天。因此，认为天然心肌房肽对心肌细胞有一定滋养作用。
Through the experiment of culturing rat-myocardical cells we have found that rat-myocardical cells live 6-10 days in the low calf serum Eagles solution, which contains 5% Calf serum, and they could live 15-20 days in the same solution with 200 μg natural atrium peptide. comparing the 2 results by statistic method a notable difference has been made (p<0.01)Rat-myocardical cells could live more than 20 days in the normal Egles solution, which contains 15% Calf serum.Analysing the above mentioned results, we believe that natural atrium peptide have nourish effect to the rat-myo cardical cells in some extent.
