摘要
介绍了唐山钢铁公司炼铁厂烧结车间用高炉煤气作燃料的点火保温炉。生产实践表明,该点火保温炉是成功的,点火温度可达1150～1200℃,满足烧结点火工艺要求,烧结矿产、质量均有较大提高,经济效益显著。
A BF gas fired ignition furnace developed in Tanshan I&S Co. is described. Operation practice shows that the design of this furnace is successful. Ignition temperature(up to 1150～1200℃)meets the requirment of sinter ignition process. As a result, the sinter production and product quality are improved greatly. A good economic effect is obtained.
