摘要
本文讨论了铁矿石(烧结矿、球团矿)的高温性能(软熔,滴落)的测试方法和基本参数的选择。高炉冶炼的基本参数包括:还原气氛、温度、煤气压力与流速、煤气成份、炉料负荷、矿石粒度、料层高度、试样质量(m)等作了较详细的论述,同时简单介绍了国外各种测试装置并为今后制定标准方法提出了初步设想。
Based on analysis of reducing atmosphere, temperature, gas pressure and flow rate, gas composition, burden loading, size distribution of iron ores, etc. in BF, the methods for high-temperature properties (softening, melting and dropping) tests of iron ores (sinters and pellets) and their basic parameters are discussed. Testing apparatus of various type used in the world now are described, Some ideas for developping standard methods in china are given.
