摘要
本文分析了１９６４～１９８２年３２３例喉癌的放射治疗结果，全组病例的１、３、５、１０年生存率分别为７３．９％，５０．８％、４６．７％和２７．９％；声门上区癌的５年生存率为４４．２％，声门区癌为４９．１％，声门下区癌为０％。重点讨论了影响疗效的有关因素，如放疗适应症，照射剂量，投照技术和放射与手术综合治疗等问题。
From 1964 to 1982,323 cases of carcinoma of the larynx weretreated with radiotherapy in this hospital.The 1-,3-,5-and 10-year survival rateswere 73.9%,50.8%,46.7%and 27.9%,respectively;The 5-year survival rates for thecancer of supraglottic,glottic and subglottic compartments were 44.2%,49.1%and 0 %.Radiotherapy planning and several prognostic factors have been discussed.
