摘要
我们对２４例食管贲门癌患者围手术期凝血指数的变化及与胸腔引流量的关系进行了观察。结果发现，ＴＴ术前明显高于术后即刻和术后１天（Ｐ＜０．０５），ＫＰＴＴ手术前后无差异。ＲＴ术前明显高于术后即刻（Ｐ＜０．０５），血个板凝集与粘附在术前明显低于术后即刻和术后１天（Ｐ＜０．０５）。术后２４小时内各项凝血指数均降低的患者，胸腔引流量均明显增多。提示围手术期凝血指数的变化与胸腔引流量呈负相关。
Relation between the clotting index and thoracic drainage volumein 24 patients with esophageal or gastro-cardiac carcinoma during perioperative periodwas analyzed. The rzesults showed that TT was higher in patients before operationthan that in patients immediately and one day after operation (p<0.05).Platelet aggr-egation and adherence in patients before operation were lower than that in patientsimmediately and one day after operation(p<0.05).The thoracic drainage volumewas incerased in patients with low clotting index within 24 hours after operation.The results in dicated that there was a negative correlation bewtween the clotting index and thoracic drainage voume during perioperative period.
