摘要
作者通过对６０例肾上腺病变的临床及ＣＴ表现分析，提出了肾上腺病变的诊断和鉴别诊断方法。并对成人肾上腺的解剖部位及大小、形态等ＣＴ表现时行了讨论．
By the analysis of the clinical manifestations and CT appearances,thisreport has provided some methods of the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of arenopathyand dicussed the anatomiC site,the size and the morphosis of the apronal gland of the adult.
