摘要
利用国产生物素交联光敏补骨酯素(Biotin—Psoralen)标记核酸探针,建立了外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)的原位杂交方法,同时应用聚合酶链反应技术(PCR)检测了血清中的HBV DNA,结合PBMC的原位杂交结果,对HBV DNA在PBMC中存在的状况和意义进行了初步探讨。
The method of in situ hybridisization on peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC)was estab-lished using biotin linked photo-psoralen HBV DNA probe.HBV DNA in serum was detected simulta-neously with technology of polymerase chain reaction(PCR).The circumstance and significance ofHBV DNA exsting in PMBC were discussed.
