摘要
用自制0.30 mm内径银夹缩窄大鼠左肾动脉造成了肾血管高血压的发生,高血压发生率为81.5%。高血压动物均发生了明显的左室肥大,全心重/体重(H/B,mg/g)增加65.5%。切除缩窄肾后8周可使血压降至正常,但H/B值明显高于对照组(3.02±0.07vs,2.81±0.04 mg/g,P<0.05)。
Renovaseular hypertension was induced by clipping left renal artery of rats. Hypertensive incidenoc was 81.5%. Marked cardiac hypertrophy were abserved in hypertensive animals, heart/body weight(H/B) ratio increased by 65.5%. Nephrectomy could make blood pressure fall to normal after clipping operation, but H/B ratio was still much higher than the normal value.
