摘要
对34例经CT及临床诊断为脑血管病患者,进行了外周血淋巴细胞单克隆抗体(McAb)检查,并就脑血管病的不同类型、病变部位、患者性别、年龄、病程等与T族及B族淋巴细胞亚群之间的关系,分别进行探讨,结果提示,脑血管病患者T抑制细胞升高(P<0.05),以脑血栓组尤为显著。脑出血组总T细胞降低(P<0.05)。底节区病变时,T辅助细胞下降,T抑制细胞上升,T_H:T_S值下降显著(P<0.01)。病程短于2周者,总T细胞与T辅助细胞值较病程长于1年者为低(P<0.05)。T_H细胞值随年龄增高而降低,70岁以上组与50岁以下组比较P<0.05。脑血管病患者前B细胞普遍性的增高(P<0.001),而成熟B细胞未见有显著增高(P>0.05)。
Lymphocyte Subsets (McAb) in the peripheral blood were detected at random in 34 patients with cerebro-vascular diseases diagnosed dinicallly by CT sean. An approach was made individually to the changes of T and B lymphocyte subsets in patients of different sex, age,courses and types of disuoses and pathogenic locations of diseases. The results showed that the T suppressor(Ts) sells increased in all patients especially in the cerebral thrombosis group (P<0.05) while the total T cells decreased in the cerbral hemorrhage group (P<0.05). As for patients with basal ganglia lesions, T helper (T_H) cells decreased and T suppressor (T_s) cells in creased and there was also a signieant decrease in the ratio of T_H/T_s (P<0.01). The total Tcells and T_H counts in patient of less than two weeks duration were lower than those who were over one year (P<0.05). T_H cell counts decread with the increase of age as compared the >70 year group with the <50 year group (P<0.05). Generally premature B cells was increased in patients with cerebrai-vascular diseases (P<0.001) while no significant increase in mature B cells was noticed (P>0.05).
