摘要
脉冲染料激光器的可见光波段辐射通过共线倍频和非共线混频实现紫外波段的连续可调谐输出。本文用耦合波方程的小讯号解对一种波长闭环跟踪法——分割光斑跟踪法作了详细分析,并对微机闭环跟踪系统进行了动态分析设计。实验中获得的波长自动跟踪效率达97%,与理论设计完全一致。
Continuously tunable UV radiation is obtained by collinear doubling and non-collinear mixing from visible radiation of pulsed dye laser. In this paper,a kind of wavelength closed loop tracing method,which we called separating light beam tracing, is analyzed in detail by using small signal solution of coupled wave equation. Furthmore, dynamic design is performed for wavelength auto-tracing microprocessor system. The efficiency of wavelength auto-tracing in experiment is as high as 97%, which is consistent with theoretic calculation.
