X70管线钢用低氢型立向下焊条的研制

摘要 阐述了用于X70高强度微合金化控轧管线钢的低氢型立向下焊条的研制结果.分析了大理石、萤石、钛铁、硅铁等物质含量及CaF_2/CaCO_2值对熔渣性能的影响规律.确定了具有良好立向下焊工艺性能的药皮配方.经化学分析、力学性能试验、金相分析和工艺性能试验证明,这种焊条初步达到现国标GB5118—85E5515型(相当于AWSE8015或JISD5815)的要求。且每100g熔敷金属扩散氢含量低于4mL,因而具有优良的抗裂性和低温冲击韧性. The vertical down welding electrode with low hydrogen suitable for all positions is developed. The electrode is used for high-strength microalloyed X70 pipeline steel produced by controlled-rolling procedures. The effects of the contents of calcium carbonate, calcium fluoride, ferrotitanium, ferrosilicon. a weight ratio between calcium carbonate and calcium fluoride on the properties of slay were analyzed. The shielded coating composition possessing good technological property for vertical down welding was determined. The chemical analysis, mechanical test, metallographic examination and technological test proved that the invention electrode can meet requirement of the standard of GB5118-85 E5515 type (similar to AWS E8015 type or JIS D5815 type). The metal contains a little diffusible hydrogen content less than 4 mililiter per one hundred gram, and has a good resistance to crack and low temperature toughness.
