摘要
建立了Luminol—H_2O_2—Cu(Ⅱ)纸基质固体表面化学发光体系.该体系用于测定Cu(Ⅱ)的线性范围为10~1000ng,检测限为0.50ng绝对量。对10ngCu(Ⅱ)进行11次平行测定,其RSD=7.9%.考察了30多种共存离子的干扰情况,拟定了单矿物样中铜的测定方案.
A method of solid surface chemiluminescence(SS—CL) using filter paper as solid substrate to measure Copper(Ⅱ) based on Luminol—H_2O_2—Cu(Ⅱ) chemiluminescent system is developed. The linear range of this method for Copper(Ⅱ) is 10—1000ng. The detection limit is 0. 5 ng and the relative standard deviation (RSD) for 10 ng Copper(Ⅱ) (n=11) is 7. 9%. The interferences have been investigatied. A scheme to measure the Copper in single ore sample is founded.
