摘要
通过对峨眉腹露蝗 Fruhsforferiola omei(Rehn et Rehn)精子的透射电镜观察,发现其中心粒侧体呈片状结构,线粒体衍生体纵脊数目为3～4个,精子形成过程中轴丝及线粒体衍生体周围有一定数目的微管分布,这些特点构成了与其它蝗虫精子超微结构相区别的依据.
Sperm ultrastructure of Fruhstorferiola omei(Rehn et Rehn)is studied.The sperm is extremily long and thin,and its head is 125μm in length,followed by a tail 275μm long.In the cross-section the centrilar adjunct is made up of a circular lamina which embraces the two semi-circular lamine from(anteriorly) or five (posteriorly),and the two mitochondri- al derivatives look like leaflet with 3-4 longitudinal cristae,measuring 0.3×0.13μm.In spermiogenesis there are some microtubuls in spermatids,and three of four microtubules lie on both sides of axoneme,and two circular microtubules surround the mitochondrial dirivatives in which the longitudinal cristae if not cieat.
