摘要
本文在讨论连续流动直流式太阳能热水系统的工作过程和集热器出口水温与流率关系的基础上,探讨了实现小型直流系统水温控制和流量调节的方法,介绍了一种适合家用的新型定温变流量温控阀的系统工作性能试验研究结果。试验表明,系统工作可靠,调节方便,对水温变化反应灵敏。
This paper firstly analyzes the working process of the continuous straight flow solar water heater and the relationship between the outlet water temperature and the flowrate in the collector,then discusses the means to control the water temperature and the flowrate,and finally introduces a newly developed temperature control valve suitable to use in individual families, whose performance,tested in an experimental study,shows that the valve employed in the solar system makes the operation more reliable and the regulation easier with its high sensitivty to variation in water temperature.
