摘要
本文报告以腹壁下动静脉为蒂的脐旁皮瓣转移施行阴茎再造11例,取得良好的效果。腹壁下动脉解剖恒定,行程较长,其脐旁皮穿支供血范围广,以此为血管蒂的脐旁皮瓣作阴茎再造,成功率较高,再造手术可一期完成。手术方法和操作均较简单,供区隐蔽,病人易于接受,是一种比较理想的方法。
A new method for one-stage reconstruction of the penis, using paraumbilical skin flaps with deep inferior epigastric artery pedicles is presented. Since Dec 1987, we have reconstructed the penis in 11 cases. All the operations were successful. The deep inferior epigastric artery has constant anatomy, is relatively long and gives good blood supply to the paraumbilical skin flap. The design and the operative technique are simple. The donor area is concealed.
