摘要
给出了金属表面存在粗糙度时,粗糙表面对电磁波的吸收和散射特性,获得了微分反射系数与入射角和出射角的关系,以及散射吸收因子和入射角的关系.
Provided the dielectric functions of metals satisfy the conditions |ε1(ω)|》ε2(ω) and ε1(ω)<-1.the surface roughness will influence the transmission of electromagnetic waves. It will induce the coupling of reflected electromagnetic waves with electromagnetic surface modes. In this case,the Green' s function of electromagnetic surface modes will no longer have a definite parallel wave vector and the surface roughness scattering potential will result in diffusion reflection from rough surface. The energy entering the material is closely related to the incident angle. When the incident waves are perpendicular to the surface, the reason why scattering absorption factors are very small is explained.
