摘要
为了解决电负荷峰谷差越来越大的问题,广东中山糖厂在220t/h锅炉上采用了多功能直流煤粉燃烧器,并取得了显著的经济效益。本文除了介绍该燃烧器的稳燃原理、安装和运行特性外,着重从生产实绩对比的角度讨论了它的技术经济效果。
Multifunctional directflow pulverized-coal burner was used in 220t/h boiler in Zhongshan sugar mill in order to solve the problem of increasing tip power load.Remarkable economical gain was achieved.Besides description of the principle of combustion stability, installation and operation characterictics of the burner, economy based on technical effects are also specifically discussed from practical results.
