摘要
两个割手密F_1品系的花粉经干燥处理后置于低温冰箱(-28℃)中,于甘蔗杂交季节携往海南甘蔗育种场,选择两个花粉发育不良的甘蔗栽培品种作母本授以贮藏花粉。经授粉的花穗均能培育出杂交实生苗。试验表明甘蔗花粉在-28℃条件下其活性可保存46天。
Pollens of two clones of S. spontaneum F_1 were collected in Guangzhou and stored at low temperature (-28°C) for more than one month. The pollens were then carried to Hainan Sugarcane Breeding Station in a thermobottle when the sugarcane crossing season began. Two sugarcane cultivars were selected as the female parents in the experiments. Seedlings were obtained from the seeds in the tassels which had been pollinated with the stored pollens. The results showed that the viability of the sugarcane pollen could be preserved at -28℃ for 46 days.
