摘要
150铡膝关节镜检查中有详细记录存在滑膜皱襞62例(41.33％),而产生滑膜皱襞综合征症状的仅6例(4％)。其中,髌内侧滑膜皱襞4例,髌下滑膜皱襞1例,髌外侧滑膜皱襞1例。此6例均在关节镜内行滑膜皱襞切除术,经平均15月随访,除1例症状未明显改善外,其余5例均获得满意疗效。根据滑膜皱襞综合征的临床特点及关节镜下的形态和病理表现,提出临床和关节镜检查的要点。
Arthroscopy of knee joint was performed in 150 cases from Jan 1986 to Dec 1988. Plica was found in 62 cases (41.3%), but plica syndrome occurred only in 6 cases (4%). All the latter 6 cases were treated by transanhroscopic plica resection. Five cases got good results and one case had no obvious relief of symptoms. The clinical features and arthroscopic findings of the plica syndrome are discussed.
