医用含离子嵌段聚醚氨酯的合成、精细结构与性能的研究

SYNTHESIS AND FINE-STRUCTURE-PROPERTYRELATIONSHIP OF ION-CONTAININGBIOMEDICAL POLYETHERURETHANES

摘要 合成了新的扩链剂8-二(2-羟乙基)胺基-1-辛磺酸钠和新的大分子单体——含烷基磺酸钠的端烃基丙二酸二聚醚酯,并由此合成了一系列精细结构明确的、分别在硬段或软段上悬挂有正辛基磺酸钠侧链的阴离子型聚醚氨酯,通过FTIR、粘弹谱及透射电镜的研究、血液相容性的评价,阐述了精细结构、分子中的相互作用、微相分离和性能的关系。 <ABSTRACT>The effect of micro-phase separation and location of sulfoalkyl pen-dant groups on the properties of biomedical segmented polyetheruretha-nes (SPEU ) were studied.Two series of segmented polyetherurethanes containing sulfooctyl pen-dant groups with well defined fine structures were synthesized in ourlaboraotry. The sulfooctyl groups were exactly located at the hard segm-ents when the SPEUs were prepared from the reaction of polytetra-methylene glycol (PTMG) 1000-4,4' diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI)oligomers with N-sulfoalkyl diethanolamine chain extenders (SPEU-SSR-DEA), or were exactly located at the soft segments when preparcd fromthe reaction of sulfooctyl dipolytetramethyleneoxide (PTMO-650) malon-ate diol-MDI oligomers with chain extender butanediol (SPEU-SSODPM ).The fine structures of all samples, either SPEU-SSRDEA or SPEU-SSODPM, showed typical microphase separation pictures, but the extentof microphase separation was greately enhanced with increasing sulfooctylhard segment content, but lowered in presence of sulfooctyl soft segment,as verified by FTlR, TEM and dynamic mechanical analysis. The antico-agu1ant properties of such ion-containing SPEUs were improved, particu-larly evident for those with sulfooctyl groups at soft segments and withmoderate phase separation structures, but high hydrogen bonding fractionin the hard segments seemed unfavorable.
