摘要
以免耳大神经植入颈肩部失神经皮瓣模型,用抗神经丝单克隆抗体免疫组化技术观察再生末梢的形态结构、分布和密度。结果证明,植入皮下组织层的神经可发出纤维束上行到真皮层,形成网丛,最后以毛囊器和游离末梢形式终止于真皮内接近表皮处,形态结构与正常皮肤者相同。
The greater auricular nerve was implanted into a denervated skin flap transferred from cervi-co-dorsal area in rabbit.An antineurofilament monoclonal antibody immunohistochemical tech-nique was employed to examine the regeneration of the implanted sensory nerve.The resultsshow that the implanted greater auricular nerve in subcutaneous space sprouted nerve fibersgrowing into the dermal layer where they formed a dermal nerve network and terminated them-selves in the form of hair follical recetors as well as free nerve endings near the epidermis.Itsmorphology was similar to that of the normal skin.
