摘要
本文对30例急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANLL)患者的骨髓或外周血进行52例次的白血病细胞集落(L-CFU)测定。其细胞形态、组成分类、化学染色和超微结构均证明L-CFU系白血病细胞组成。实验还对影响L-CFU产率的预孵育时间、特异性生长和保留、去除T淋巴细胞的差异作了分析。结果表明:L-CFU和粒单祖细胞(GM-CFU)测定在预测ANLL患者的预后、病情持续稳定和复发方面有一定的价值。
Using modified Moriyama's culture system consisting of an initial liquid phase with phytohemagglutinin-stimulated lymphocyte conditioned medium (PHA(M) -LCM) ae a stimulating factor and a semi-solid phase, we examined leukemio colony formation unit (L-CFU) in vitro in; 30 acute onlymphocytio leukemia (ANLL) patients for 62 times. Cell morphology, classification, histoohemical staining and ultrastr uotural studies demonstrated L-CFU is composed of leukemio cells. We also studied effects of various preincubation time on L-CFU formation, culture specificity as well as the difference between preserving and removing T-lymphocytes. L-CFU and granulooyte-maorophage colony formation unit cultures were helpful in predicting prognosis, remission and early relapse in ANLL patients.
