摘要
对雌二醇和地塞米松调节乙肝病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)和乙肝病毒θ抗原(HBeAg)表达的研究结果表明,10^(-6)mol/L雌二醇和10^(-6) mol/L地塞米松都能增加乙型肝炎病毒-DNA转染人体肝癌细胞株2·2·15细胞分泌HBsAg和HBeAg,雌二醇的作用明显强于地塞米松。未发现该两类激素之间有协同或拮抗作用。作者对乙型肝炎(乙肝)发病与性激素的关系及乙肝疫苗生产途径的设想进行了讨论。
The regulatory effects of estradiol and dexamethasone on the expression of HBsAg and HBeAg were studied. Kesults indicated that both 10-6 mol/L estradiol and 10-6 mol/L dexamethasone could stimulate the secretion of HBdAg and HBeAg in 2·2·15 cells. Estradiol was more effective than dexamethasone. Neither ooordina-tive nor antagonistic effects were observed between the two hormones. The relationship between sex steroids and development of hepatitis B and a source for HB vaccine production were discussed.
