摘要
以生物素化多癌基因组 DNA 探针进行涎腺及其肿瘤主要是腺样囊性癌组织切片原位杂交以显示多癌基因 mRNA 表达状态。首次揭示了正常涎腺组织多癌基因的表达状态;发现以 ras 癌基因为首的多癌基因异常表达可能导致了腺样囊性癌的发生发展,ras 癌基因的高水平表达可能使该瘤获得了一般低恶性瘤所不具有的较强的浸润性和转移性,而 myc erbB 癌基因的低表达和 sis 癌基因的不表达可能与该瘤的缓慢生长有关。
The results of hybridization in situ on the slides of normal parotid gland,adenoid cystic carcinoma,adenocarci-noma and squamous cell carcinoma with the biotinylated ras,myc,erbB_1 and sis oncogene genomic DNA probeswere reported.It was showed that the abnormal expressions of these oncogenes at transcription level resulted in theorigination and progression of adenoic cystic carcinoma,the high level abnormal expression of ras oncogene maymake this tumor get the invasivity and metastatic ability which were stronger than that of other low-grade malig-nant tumors,and the low level expression of myc,erb B_1 oncogenes and no expression of sis oncogene may be relat-ed to the slow growth of adenoid cystic carcinoma.
