摘要
20例正常成人离体心脏标本,用左心腔的铸型和心脏断面解剖法,按左心常规位(左前斜位、侧位和右前斜位)和轴位(长轴位、四腔心或肝锁位和右前斜延长位)的造影投照角度和相应的X线造影显像进行形态的对照研究。对左心室内的正常结构及其联属进行了详细的观察和描述,如左房室口、二尖瓣、主动脉窦及冠状动脉起始部、房间隔和室间隔等在X线造影中的表现。通过解剖标本,比较了常规位和轴位造影的优缺点,从解剖学角度对最佳轴位的选择也进行了讨论。
20 normal adult cardiac specimens were studied by casts and sections, which were placed in a mamner similar to that seen on standard (left anterior oblique, lateral and right anterior oblique views) and axial (long-axis, four-chamber and elongated right anterior oblique views) angiocardiograms. The appearances and relationship of normal cardiac structures of the left ventricle, such as, the atrioventricular orifice, mitral valve, aortic sinuses, beginning of the left and right coronary arteries and the inter ventricular septum were studied. Subdivisions of bhe interventricular septum were also observed in detail. Anatomical specimens were compared with these angiocardiograms of the left heart, and the images of standard and axial angiocardiograms were evaluted on their shortcomings and advantages. Choices of the best projected positions were also discussed.
