摘要
利脉胶囊在实验动物体内具有较强的抗花生四烯酸(AA)和二磷酸腺苷(ADP)诱导的血小板聚集作用。大、小剂量的复方阿魏酸钠有明显的抑制实验性血栓形成,并有较强的抗实验性脑血栓形成的作用。利脉胶囊各组分之间具有相加性协同作用。
Capsulare natrii ferulatis compositae at the dosage of 70mg/kg and 140mg/kg inhibited ADP induced platelet aggregation and the experimental cerebral thrombosis,respectively,these resuts seem to indicate that it may be usted as one effective anticerebrol thrombotic drug.
