摘要
本文应用硫代巴比妥酸荧光法和放射免疫法分别研究了人牙髓组织MDA、PGE_2的水平变化,并探讨二者间的关系。结果表明:在牙髓炎时MDA、PGE_2的含量均高于正常牙髓组织;PGE_2的水平随着MDA的升高而升高。提示氧自由基反应、脂质过氧化反应以及前列腺素的合成,三者间可能存在着内在的联系。
Thiobarbituric acid (TBA) andradioimmunoassay (RIA) were used to observe the levels and correlation of malondialdchyde (MDA) and prostaglandin E2(PGE2) in dental pulp.The results showed that the amount of MDA and PGE2in pulpitis increased in comparison to those in the normal pulp. In groups of acute and chronic pulpitis, there was a positive correlation between MDA and PGE2(r=0.9)P<0.01. This results also showed that there was a stronger reaction of the lipidperoxidation (LPO) and an increase of the inflammatory medium synthesis, PGE2 in pulpitis.
