摘要
选用家猫为实验动物,在人工机械造成牙髓炎模型的过程中,定期施以经修饰的牛血SOD。组织学观察显示:空白对照组猫牙髓呈典型的炎性反应;而SOD组牙髓组织以增生修复为主,仅有少量炎细胞浸润,在穿髓孔下,牙髓组织表层可见到造牙本质样细胞,实验为选用外源性SOD作为盖髓剂奠定了组织学基础。
At various stages of artificial pulpitis by pulpexposure, 70 teeth of 5 cats were treated with bovine blood SOD. The histological results showed that cat's pulp had typical inflammatory reaction in control group, but in SOD group it mainly had hyperplastic repair and infiltration with a few inflammatory cells. In the pulp exposed areas, odontoblast-like cells were observed at the pulp tissue surface. The inflammatory reaction of dental pulp could be inhibited by the foreign SOD. Therefore,a good basis was provided for using foreign SOD as a capping material.
