甘蓝型油菜(Brassica napus)雄性不育材料的无性保持和繁殖

摘要 本试验对油菜不育材料花托培养诱导不定芽及其增殖进行研究。结果表明:花托带完整子房插入培养基B_5+6-BA2mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L是较好的培养方式和适宜培养基;在不同6—BA浓度培养基上进行芽的增殖,以B_5+6-BA5mg/L为宜,新增芽数达5.7个。子房对培养花托的芽诱导有重要作用,并且带完整子房显著优于带部分子房。 Induction of adventitious buds of a male steril material of rape and its multiplication through receptacle culture were studied in this paper. The results showed that implanting the receptacle with whole ovary into the medium(B5+6 -BA 2mg/L+NAA 0. lmg/L)was better culture method, and that the concentration of 6 - BA suitable to multiplication of buds was 5 mg/L, which would produce 5. 7 buds. The ovary played a important part in buds inducing throgh receptacle cultured, and the whole one was superior to the partial.
