摘要
研究了硫化橡胶在热空气老化时硬度、扯断伸长率、拉伸强度、定伸应力、压缩应力松弛和压缩永久变形等物理机械性能的变化规律。除拉伸强度变化无统一规律之外,其他性能(P)随老化时间(t)呈单调的增加或下降,并随温度(T)的提高P的变化速率显著加快,其变化可用P-t二元或P-T-t三元数学模型描述。循此基本规律可预测橡胶及其制品的贮存或使用寿命,建立橡胶耐热氧老化性的合理评定方法,以及构成常温叠合曲线来研究弹性体长时间的粘弹性行为。
The hardness, elongation at break, tensile strength, modulus, compression stress relaxation and permanent compression set of the rubber vukanizates in thermo-oxidative aging were described. These properties increased or decreased monotonously with increasing aging time, except the tensile strength. The changes could be described with property-time dual or proper ty-temperature-time ternary mathematical models.The storage life and service life were predicted using these basic laws. A reasonable evaluating method for the thermo-oxidative aging of rubber was established and the master cure at atmospheric temperature for studying the polymer viscoelasticity behaviors in long time was constituted.
