摘要
本文报告200例贲门癌经腹切除的体会。认为贲门癌经腹切除、一层吻合重建消化道的方法简便,暴露良好,能切除足够长的食道和清除110、111组淋巴结。并发症少。食管残端癌残留率为5.5%。是贲门癌手术的一种理想进路,特别适合于年老体弱和心肺功能不全患者。
Here we report our experiences of 200 cases of operations for carci-noma of gastric cardia by abdominalapproach.This kind of operation withone layer anastomosis to recons-truct the gut is easy grasped and canprovide a good exposure for resectingof enough length of esophagus andradical dessecting of lymph nodes No110,111.postoperative complicationis few.The cancer residual rate ofesophageal stomais 5.5%.we recomm-end that this procedure is a relativeideal surgical alternative for carcino-ma of gastric cardia,particularlywhen the patient is elder or has car-diac-pulmonary insufficient.
