摘要
本文叙述了设计15t/h冲天炉的一些要点,诸如:冲天炉结构,炉衬形式和材料,送风系统和空气加热装置,炉料料位计,炉气分析,加料控制系统等。按此而设计时15t/h冲天炉已生产出优质、低耗的铸件。
This paper describes the main points considered in designing 15t/h cupola,such as cupola structure,cupola lining type and material,air blast system,air heat exchanger,cupola charging level sensing device,exhaust gas analysis apparatus,control system of charging.With this kind of cupola have been produced high quality castings with low consumtion of energy and material.
