摘要
用应力框试验法研究了Si/C的变化对灰铸铁残留应力及抗变形能力的影响,得出随Si/C的提高,铸铁抗变形能力增强,残留应力减小,铸铁尺寸稳定性变好的结论.对比试验表明,起重机减速器箱体类铸件采用高硅碳比铸铁,不经热时效,其尺寸稳定性亦可得到保证.因此,在生产中已取消热时效处理.
The effect of Si/C ratio on residual stress and deformation resistance of gray iron casting has been studied using stress frame test. The results indicate that .with increasing Si/C ratio,the deformation resistance of gray iron casting increased and the residual stress decreased,the dimensional stability is better.The dimension stable casting such as hoist reductor housing can be produced without heat ageing.
