摘要
本文报告了62例高危病人心脏瓣膜替换术的心肌保护方法。本组升主动脉阻断时间为54.3±17.8min,自动复跳38例。术后4例死于重度低心排。作者讨论了高危病人心脏瓣膜替换术心肌保护的有关问题。
The methods of myocardial protection in 63 cases of cardiac valve replacem-ent are reported. The average aortic cross-clamping time was 51. + 47.8min. The hearts were defebrillated spontaneously in 38 patients. Four patients died of severe low cardiac output syndrome postoperatively. Some problems of myocardial protection were discussed
