摘要
本文就铜及黄铜的光亮退火对退火炉、保护气氛,轧制润滑剂的要求作了分析。提出用带热风循环的罩式炉、氮-氢混合气为保护气氛,作为铜和黄铜光亮退火的手段。实验表明退火后的带材表面光亮度良好,机械性能和晶粒度均匀。
The requirements of bright annealing of copper and brass strip on furnace, protective atmosphere and rolling coolant are analysed. It is suggested that the bell-type furnace with high convection of hot atmosphere and the protective atmosphere of mixed nitrogen and hydrogen can be adopted for the purpose. Experimental annealing proved that the strip thus annealed has a bright surface and is uniform in mechanical properties and grain sizes.
