摘要
根据我国国情,热轧硅铜片在相当一段时期内还要继续生产。为此,须针对目前热轧硅钢片质量上的问题,采取进一步措施,以缩短与冷轧硅钢片差距。这些措施包括冶炼时采用炉外精炼净化钢质;轧制与检验等工序采用测厚、测磁等在线检验手段;改革传统的热轧硅钢片迭片成垛热处理工艺等等。实现上述措施后可使热轧硅钢片质量获得较为明显的提高。
According to the present status in China, hot-rolled Si-Fe sheet is to be produced continuously in a certain time. At present, better ways must be taken to further improve the quality of the hot-rolled Si-Fe sheets so as to shorten the difference between the hot-rolled sheets and the cold-rolled ones.
The following are our ways:
A. In the secondary steelmaking processes, the quality of the steel purified.
B. In the procedures of rolling and testing and so on, the ways must be used to measure the thickness and magnetic property of the sheets:
C. the traditional heat treatment process has to be changed.
Once the ways above are realized, the quality of hot-rolled Si-Fe sheets will be improved a lot obviously.
