摘要
本文介绍宝钢一号高炉使用贯流式高流速风口的情况,其平均寿命在六个月以上,风口烧损情况极少发生,原因是抗热流强度高。指出,为进一步提高贯流式风口的使用寿命,需在风口前端堆焊或喷涂耐磨材料及适当增加风口前端壁厚。
This paper describes the situation of spirrall type tuyere employed in No.l BF, Baoshan Steel Complex. Due to the high thermal load resistance, the Mean campain life of the tuyere is longer than 6 monthes and further more, there is little burnout accident happened.In order to upgrade the campain life further, it is indicated that it is necessary to caot some abrasion-resistance material on the front of the tuyere or to increase its front wall thicknass.
