摘要
本文报告凉血活血与养阴药物配伍后,用于防治家兔实验性DIC,其作用优于单独凉血活血方或养阴方,不仅能显著减轻实验动物的发热程度和缩短发热时间、改善凝血机制,减轻组织损伤,而且可阻止白细胞、血小板数的下降,从而有效地防止了DIC的发生。提示了凉血活血与养阴二法的配伍,在治疗温病营业分证时有协同作用。
Removing heat from the blood and promoting blood flow plus nurishing Yin drugs (RH-PF-NY) to prevent and treat experimental DIC in rabbits are better than removing heat from blood and promoting blood flow solely or nurishing Yin drugs solely. RH-PF-NY can not only alleviate the degree of fever, shorten the febre durante, improve coagulation, alleviate the damage of body tissue but block the decrease of WBC ahd pletelets as well. The results show that RH-PF-NY is a good way to prevent and treat DIC.
