复方B防霉剂处理竹材防霉效果初报 被引量:3

摘要 采用复方B防霉剂对竹材及其制品进行防霉试验,结果表明,当PDA培养基中的复方B剂有效浓度达到100PPm(或≥5%)时,所有供试8种霉菌均受到不同程度的抑制;用有效浓度为1%以上的复方B剂溶液浸泡1小时,能有效地防止竹材及其制品的霉变。同时,测定了不同浓度复方B液处理竹材及其制品后,在不同条件下贮藏的防霉有效期限。说明复方B防霉剂可应用于竹材及其制品的防霉。 Mildewproof tests were made for bamboo wood and bamboo wares using a mildew inhibitor of Compound B. Results show that Compound B is a good mildew-retarding agent which can effectively prevent various moulds from occuring on bamboo wood and bamboo wares. When the effective concentration of Compound B in the PDA culture medium reached 100 ppm (or≥5%), all of the 8 tested moulds were inhibited in varying degrees. Mildew occurrence was checked after the bamboo wood and bamboo wares were soaked for 1h in a Compound B solution with an effective concentration of more than 1%. The lasting effect and valid period of Compound B was also determined, with bamboo wood and bamboo wares treated with Compound B solutions of different concentrations and stored under different conditions afterwards.
