摘要
本文首次报道了发生在洞庭湖区成年杨树林中的重要病害——欧美杨枯萎病的危害状况、症状特征和侵染途径。经对不同菌株进行分离鉴定,确认其病原菌为尖孢镰刀菌。同时分离到一种细菌,其形态和生理生化特性与黄单胞菌基本一致,但其致病性尚待进一步证实。进行药剂抑菌试验表明,40%灭病威200~600倍液和50%多菌灵200~400倍液对此病均有一定的疗效。
The destructive wilt disease of Populus × euramericana was found for the first time in the Dongting Lake region in Hunan in 1988. The pathogen was identified to be Fusarium oxysporum. The pathogenic isolates also included Xanthornonas sp. , whose morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics were similar to those of X. populi, and whose pathogenicity was not completely demonstrated. April to May and jult to September were two peak stages of this disease, but the degree of infection was different among the three common clones. Ⅰ—72clone was infected seriously, whereas clone Ⅰ—63 and clone Ⅰ—69 were infected relatively lightly. Water—flooding, insect injury and sun damage were mainly responsible for the wilt.
