摘要
本文对焊接用过共晶Al-Si合金箔材的轧制工艺进行了实验研究。结果表明,不仅含Si量为15 wt%以下的过共晶Al-Si合金可进行轧制加工,Si含量超过 15wt%以上的过共晶Al-Si合金,通过精细控制轧制工艺,仍可加工成焊接用箔材。
In this paper, we studied the foil rolling of hypereutectic Al-Si alloys for weld. The re-
sults show that the hyereutectic Al-Si alloys containing less than 15 wt% silicon can be
rolled into foil, and Al-Si alloys containing more than 15 wt% silicon can also be rolled into
foil through careful control in rolling processes.
